The following documents explain the application requirements for firms wishing to provide bundled, unbundled or owner's rep services to Program clients. Firms that qualify are listed on the Qualified Bidders' List.

Non- refundable charges to cover the third party evaluation of firm's qualifications are presented below. These charges represent approximately 1/2 the average cost of the evaluations. Shared Services BC, Labour and Citizens' Services, Accommodation and Real Estate Services (ARES) is covering the other half.
- Bundled Services - $450
- Bundled Services (FBI qualified firms only) - $350
- Unbundled Services - $450
- Owner's Representative - $350
