Qualified Bidders' List (QBL)
The Retrofit Program is qualifying the firms or consortiums who will provide the following types of services to Program clients:
- Bundled Services: a comprehensive package of services delivered by a single firm often known as an Energy Service Company; services include feasibility studies, engineering design, project management, commissioning and testing, and monitoring and verification, and training services.
- Unbundled Services: firms offering one or more of the services described above.
- Owner's Representative Services: firms offering engineering consulting services to help Program clients develop and manage projects.
As applications are processed and approved, relevant contact information for each company will be provided in the form of Fact Sheets for use by Program clients.
