Existing legislation requires provincially-funded educational and health care organizations to seek approval from the Minister(s) responsible in order to borrow for their retrofit project. The process for securing approval is outlined in the Microsoft Word document below relevant to your organization. Each document includes templates for submissions to the Minister responsible. These templates should be tailored to the specifics of your project.
