Retrofit for Education, Health Care and Local Government Agencies
A program providing tools and resources, at no charge, to help BC’s education, health care and local government agencies procure comprehensive portfolio-wide retrofits of their facilities to significantly improve their energy and water efficiency, and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and waste generation.
Under the program, retrofit projects don’t have to compete with other priorities for scarce capital funds. And the cost is repaid by the utility savings they generate.
